Simple Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

A simple and delicious side dish that works well with any protein.

  • 1 16 oz pkg Baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar


  1. Return the pot to the stove; reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter to the pot and melt it.

  2. Stir in the honey and brown sugar; add the carrots back in and stir until evenly coated.

  3. Cook another 5 minutes.

Recipe Notes

It does make extra sauce. If you would prefer to not have as much sauce (or calories :) ), you could reduce the amount of butter.
