A simple and delicious side dish that works well with any protein.
Return the pot to the stove; reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter to the pot and melt it.
Stir in the honey and brown sugar; add the carrots back in and stir until evenly coated.
Cook another 5 minutes.
It does make extra sauce. If you would prefer to not have as much sauce (or calories :) ), you could reduce the amount of butter.
