We were having company over and I was needed a side dish that was easy and delicious. This simple honey glazed baby carrots recipe was exactly what I was looking for.
A few ingredients and a few steps to make a yummy side dish to go with any protein.

A simple and delicious side dish that works well with any protein.
- 1 16 oz pkg Baby carrots
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar

Return the pot to the stove; reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter to the pot and melt it.

Stir in the honey and brown sugar; add the carrots back in and stir until evenly coated.

Cook another 5 minutes.
It does make extra sauce. If you would prefer to not have as much sauce (or calories 🙂 ), you could reduce the amount of butter.
