Pulled Pork in Crock Pot

I love fix it and forget it recipes and this is one of my favorites. This pulled pork in crock pot is so easy and so tasty! I use root beer but you could use coke if you don’t have root beer in your fridge.

It’s a great option for a group of people. I just made this last night as we were having our best friends over. My son had a soccer game at 3:30 and I needed to have dinner ready before 6:00. This was perfect since I put it in the crock pot around lunchtime and didn’t have to worry about it until after we got back from the soccer game.

Instructions
  1. Place the pork tenderloin in a crock pot and pour the root beer over the meat.

  3. Drain well and stir in BBQ sauce.

  4. Serve on your favorite bun.

Recipe Notes

I love crock pot liners for an easy clean up. They work in almost all size of crock pots.

I use root beer but you could also use coke.

For a large group of people, I normally don't add the BBQ sauce since everyone has a different preference for the amount of sauce. I shred the pork and serve it plain so people can add their own amount of BBQ sauce.
